LEMAN INDUSTRIE deploys its strategy internationally through its 3 regional Business Units. Each Business Unit has centralized management, a development center and localized production sites.

Our business units share the same organizational model (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 18001 certified) and have shared support services that support their developments, facilitate rapid decision-making and guarantee high technical and productive flexibility.

This systemic strategy, based on strong local commitment, is at the heart of the Group’s resilience. It participates in the development of partnerships and local industrial dynamics and encourages geographic proximity between our teams and client teams, between our production sites and assembly sites. It generates clear collaborative and logistical efficiency gains, strengthens the security of supplies and improves the performance of the Supply Chain.
