Injection technology has an excellent weight/strength ratio that sets it apart from machining or 3D printing.
Le casting of parts presents a technical interest and economical (raw material prices, manufacturing times and weight are low). It allows the efficient industrialization of high-tech parts and large series, to produce many complex shapes in one Record time.
Adduxi produces parts such as housings, connectors, pressure sensors, and a multitude of other automotive components. The manufacturing of these parts is extremely precise. After injection molding, measurements are taken. For example, on a small connector for parking assistance, 14 measurement points are taken by the metrology (burr, insert chip, tears, impact marks, scratches, markings, etc.).
The site is committed to recycling and waste reduction and is exploring new technologies to recover production waste.
