Our innovation policy is reflected in R&D programs targeting strategic products or functions for our customers, responding to the evolution of their technical, productive, logistical, environmental, regulatory and economic challenges. It integrates the advanced study of functional environments, the co-development and prototyping of multi-technological products and productive solutions as close as possible to the Customers' assembly sites.
With the aim of optimizing costs and technical, productive and logistical choices, the Engineering department studies the functional environment, technical specifications, regulatory requirements and processes required for each project. It relies on the group's R&D unit, has relays in each subsidiary and is experienced in collaborative work with customers' design offices. Each project, each customer is the subject of personalized listening, with a direct contact and a dedicated team.
- Co-development: validation/adaptation of technical specifications (material, design, process, etc.), technical recommendations, studies (rheological, metrological, flatness, etc.)
- Software / CAD: Catia, ProEngineer, Euclid, Moldflow
- Trials : prototyping, modeling, pre-series
- Industrialization and project management : process design, dedicated investments, approval files, logistics optimization (global approach to the Supply Chain), associated processes
