Stamping: culture and mastery of metal
LEMAN INDUSTRIE's expertise in the field of metal transformation is based on 40 years of know-how and its original business: metal stamping. Its mastery of metal processes related to stamping (stamping, bending, sheet metal stacking, tapping, etc.) allows the production of very high-precision parts and subassemblies, from all ranges of metals (copper, steel, stainless steel, magnetic sheets, etc.). Technological advances and market expectations for ever more demanding technical, productive and economic solutions are at the heart of the LEMAN INDUSTRIE Group's technical-industrial commitments.
Extensive metal processing capabilities
Expert in cutting, folding, stamping, stacking, contacting, tapping, LEMAN INDUSTRIE guarantees on each production site the manufacture of very high precision parts and subassemblies (1/10th to 5 mm thick) in all types of metals (copper, stainless steel, steel, magnetic sheets, etc.). The production tools specific to each process are designed by the LEMAN INDUSTRIE Study Center. A fleet of 120 cutting presses (pressure 20 to 400 T) allows the cutting / stamping of parts up to 700 strokes per minute.
Requirement and performance
Each cutting press is equipped with an automated control system, part by part. The technical performances, associated with the assembly, allow the production of medium and very large series (several tens of thousands or millions of parts). The LEMAN INDUSTRIE investment policy for the constant renewal of the fleet, including on specific projects, contributes to maximum productive efficiency and controlled costs.
