The LEMAN Industrie Group currently has 6 production sites spread across the world. All sites are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 certified and are organized on the same production model, guaranteeing consistent quality of service and high capacity flexibility.

LIDER Project
Le LIDER project is at the heart of our continuous improvement process, he takes over the big ones Principles of LEAN Management. Its aim is to facilitate collaborations, the processing and circulation of information internally. It allows intelligent feedback of information according to a logic BOTTOM UP and a sharing of clear guidelines according to a logic TOP DOWN. With this project we develop and cultivate collaborative practices to better see together the problems, the understand together et act together.
Le LIDER project is available on 5 levels organizational, the LPS = LEMAN PRODUCTION SYSTEM.
- LPS1 corresponds to information processing at the level of workstations.
- LPS2 corresponds to the processing of information at the level of each Site, that is to say of each Autonomous Production Units.
- LPS3 corresponds to the processing of information at the level of our Regional Business Units.
- LPS4 corresponds to the processing of information by the top management.
- LPS5 corresponds to the processing of information at the level of the group's shareholders.
For each level, we define and implement collaborative rituals and supports which facilitate these exchanges. A system of tickets allows transmissions between different LPS.
